I am not quite sure I understand this.
Tier 1 is the most important girl diet foods, down to Tier 4, the least important.
- Tier 1 eat as much as you want, all the time when ever
- Tier 2 is once a day or maybe 2 times a day, but no more
- Tier 3 is every other day or ever 3rd day
But what is Tier 4?
