I'm reading a lot of mixed messages about these supplements when TTC girl. Is it better to do them from af-o or does not doing them at all sway better?

Pretty sure these things didn’t get great results so most people don’t do them!

Pretty sure they're "old school" sway tactics that when they were tracked on this site were found to not give good results.
Cranberry did nothing in our results and has had massive, mega, disruptive side effects and risks for people. I really can't sign off on anyone using it (women, that is, men can still even though I don't think i'ts particularly effective)
Cal-mag is a gray area. I don't think it works at all, I got 2 boys while taking it and dropped it to get my girl, and the best study ever done on gender conceived and preconception diet showed more boys conceived in the women who were ingesting the most calcium and magnesium. But, some people still believe it and want to take them. I leave that up to you guys provided you skip the Vit. D and do only the supps and not the high intake of dairy.
