Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I mostly stuck to a LE diet, but added in a tiny bit of meat (chicken only) after a few weeks, as well as sticking to low-carb (I am gluten-free).
I stayed away from red meat, fish, foods that are high in fat and nutrient-rich foods. This was a huge change to my normal diet that included lots of good fats and oils, meat etc.
I gave up my regular cups of tea and started having coffee once a day. I skipped breakfast every day, which was a huge difference for me!

Comments regarding DH's diet- DH drank soy milk, skipped breakfast (which was what he would normally do anyway) and avoided red meat.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 67/68kg pre-diet > 64/65kg at conception.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I didn't lose as much weight as I'd hoped so I am hoping this was enough to help my sway.

Any additional comments? This month was all over the place with my O. AF came very early the month prior and I think this may have shaken things up a little. We DTD at what I thought was a positive OPK, but then a couple of days later it was a definite positive so we made the decision to DTD again. On the second attempt DH had already released that afternoon so not sure if that attempt counted for much anyway...

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I was really strict with my diet. I really put my everything into it. Skipping breakfast was a huge change for me and the diet overall was very different to what and when I was eating when I conceived my boys.
I also exercised regularly, walking or doing aerobics for 50-60 mins 4-5 times a week.
I just hope I've done enough. I'm already so stressed about whether I've done enough. Whatever the result I am trying to just be grateful and blessed I am expecting another bubba.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: The second attempt at O.
I would have liked to have given the diet a full 12 weeks before conceiving (although I was soooo happy to see that positive test and go back to eating some of the foods I love and missed so much!)
