Anyone with pcos conceive a girl naturally?

Hi all, having a bit of a down day and not seeing many successful girl sways with pcos without clomid etc.
I’m in the uk and the doctors won’t give me clomid etc, I conceived my son naturally so just looking for some hope With my all natural girl pcos sway!

I have a friend with pcos and has two girls conceived naturally and without Clomid to my knowledge.

A lady in my mama group has three girls and she has PCOS. All her girls were conceived without Clomid.

I did!!! I ttc for 13 months. After the 12th month, we did all the testing, I had an HSG, and we were going to start climid the next cycle. I was super tired the day my period was due, and tested for kicks and giggles knowing I was getting climid the next day. Imagine my surprise at two pink lines. I got pregnant 72 hours after the HSG. I was not swaying girl either. I live a very boy lifestyle. Good luck! Oh yeah, I really focused on exercise.
