Wake at 7 - 10am - Yoghurt vitamin drink (has calcium, small vitamin c and some b12) woth a cup of tea, 2 jaffa cakes and a small bag of buttons
12 - glass of cranberry juice
2 ish - Main meal
4 - ice cream with waffers (2) like a swich
Fasting period of 4pm - 10 am nxt day
Whens best time to try? Mornings when blood sugar defo low? Opinuons on planned food intake
