Bd pattern changes

Hi I think I O'd the same day as pos opk, this has happened before but I was wondering if I should change bd pattern in some way to catch the egg if it happens again.
Also Dh may have low sperm count (we are waiting on S.A. results)
Anyone have any suggestions?

Yes if you think yo'ure Oing the day of pos OPK, then have an attempt the night before you expect to get that!!!
