I know atomic has recommended 1000iu vitamin D daily for blue sway. I am sitting daily under sun for 15 mins. Is that enough or shall i add more in the supplement form?

Pretty much everyone can benefit from adding in Vitamin D, particularly the further away from the equator you are and depending on season.
Add the supplement.
The sun is great but your body only absorbs a certain % of it every day and then kind of shuts it off. The supplements will really help.
