I've read that 60 min of exercise each day is good for a pink sway. What kind of exercise though? I plan to buy a treadmill and do some walking..thoughts?

Any cardio like on a treadmill is fine.
Any cardio is fine - yes even jogging. I generally prefer you guys do less strenuous exercise unless you're already very fit because we have a lot of people get hurt when they try to run. My favorite exercise is brisk walking! It doesn't have to be super strenuous, just has to go for an hour a day!
