Swaying w/ Low Morality

Hello Ladies! I am a mother to a 22mo DD and we have been trying to DD #2 for 11 months. The issue seems to be with my husband, low Morality and boarder line low Ph. But he is going in for another test next month.

A little background - My blood test/numbers are totally normal. I had a natural pregnancy in 2015 with my daughter born in Feb of 2016 - but it took nearly 2 years to conceive. Slight Sway - Extra Veggies, One time DTD 2 days before Ovulation, no O, Husband took hot baths, missionary

My Dr started me on Clomid last February through April - without luck, switched to Femara for 2 months, no luck. took a few months off and just finished 3 months of Clomid again - with great day 2 and 21 numbers. So my husband went in for some testing and it showed boarder line low Mortality. When he went to a specialist they suggested a re-test, which is what we are waiting on now.

I really haven't been following a super strict sway diet since we have been just trying to get pregnant at all, but I was wondering if there is anything you would suggest in the weeks coming up ( I am CD 6 right now) Is there anything I can do for a slight sway now that might help? (Mucenex, extra Smoothies with lots of Acidity? etc.) . And has anyone had a husband with similar issues who gave them something to help boost their "guys" ;)

Is anything else off about his swimmers or is it just the motility?

Motility shouldn't matter that much if it's only just that one thing. I think in another thread I suggested Olive Leaf, let's try that to start with.

Ditch hot baths and tighty whiteys for sure, and also shallow release. I have had tons of people not getting pregnant with shallow release and it hasn't been proven to sway anyway.

Mucinex may sway blue but if you use it sparingly may help. I'd have you take just one (both you and DH) dose on the day of your planned attempt.

I personally don't believe in the acid-alkaline diets, what are you putting into the smoothies?

What else are you doing to sway?? It may be that we're doing things that are actually preventing conception (which many pink sway tactics do) that we can safely drop because they may not sway anyway.

Hi Again - I think I used the wrong wording- Oops! still getting used to all of these names and technical terms

He Has Low Mophology at 3% when they want at least 4 % -- He has a good number, and they all swim correctly, but they are not able fertilize the egg. He also has Low Ph. at 7% when they hope for 7.2

Regarding the high Clomid Dosage Q on the other thread - Yes, we gradually upped it to 150 ( under Drs care and testing on days 3 and 21). but now have stopped it all together bc I think it was thinning the lining too much. Back to Femara Days 3-7 on 7.5

My Smoothies Have Pineapple, Orange and Strawberry - Along with Cranberry Juice and OJ at other times during the day.

Also- on Clomid I O'c always on Day 17 ( Which makes sense since without it I always O'd on Day 12) . And I could feel strong cramps and knew almost exactly when the egg was released. I can't remember if it was the same on Femara... I seem to remember NOT feeling O cramps when I was on it in the spring

Ok. Low morphology ALONE is not a big deal (and 3% is really not that bad, I regularly see men with morph in the 1's and 2's) as long as the numbers are good. Please don't worry about that.

Since his pH is (slightly) low...and are you giving him any pink sway supps that may be causing this?...I'd add in a small amount of Preseed or Conceive Plus as a lube. Just the minimum amount for comfy intercourse, larger amounts may sway blue.

I don't generally recommend tons of fruit juice for girls as nutrients may sway blue but if that's working for you that is of course totally up to you.

So if you want to go over everything (if anything) you are doing to sway I can tell you what to tweak to boost chances of conception! :)

Yes - I am abnormally regular with and without clomid. I think femera is not as easy for me to predict ( I'm on it god month. Right now day 8- finished it last night )

I have really fallen off the swaying bandwagon in the past couple of months since we were just worried about getting pregnant at all. So I don't have much to share in terms of what I have been doing. Then general my diet is as follows – Cranberry juice for breakfast sometimes w grape nuts A sandwich- usually turkey for lunch and a lean protein meat and veggies for dinner. In addition to a lot of coffee! I am a dance teacher so I am very active – but not doing weights. I am also overweight but extremely healthy interms of blood pressure etc

My blood sugar naturally tend to be on the low side… Which is why I need the juice in the morning

Clomid… With o day on day 17 we dtd day 13 and 16 Then we went to every other day to up any chances At all. But for our daughter… Based on your advice it was just a one time deal two days before ovulation

For this month I'd love to just have a couple of small things in my back pocket that's right think if possible ( again. I'm CD 8 right now. So I know chances are slim)

LOL just wait eventually you will be like "gosh this woman never shuts up about gender swaying". :)

I would really seriously consider ditching the grape nuts. For reasons we can only guess at, breakfast cereal swayed strongly blue and in fact is the only food ever truly proven to sway gender (probably because it is heavily fortified)

Since you know when you will ovulate usually what I'd have you do is start having unprotected sex every 4 days right away and then keep going with that (even after you think you've ovulated) and add in one more attempt the day before you expect to O. So CD 16. But don't change the e4d pattern!
