Ordered Girl Sway Plan Received IVF PDF instead

Hi,

I sent a couple emails about this but I see that the forum may be the best place to ask questions.

I ordered the The Complete Girl Plan on December 18th, I received a download link via email. Unfortunately, that link was to an "Guide to Understanding IVF/PVG for Gender Selection" pdf.

I think there may be a technical glitch. My PayPal receipt says that I paid $99 for the Complete Girl Plan.

On a related note, I would actually prefer to order a custom plan. If I could upgrade to that plan that would be great. Please let me know what I can do to get started, I would like to begin the diet ASAP.

I have made the change and you are all set up for the customized plan. You should have access to all files and the questionnaires now!

Could you be more specific? For instance, where are these files? I saw that as of 1/3/18 I have three files available to me (under My Profile) but I cannot click on them to access them. I looked around on other threads and found Questionaire I and filled it out but I have no way of knowing if you have received it and I noticed I got logged out of the system just after submitting it. I also don't know where to find the second Questionnaire. I am finding the navigation very frustrating and confusing. Please tell me where I can find these files so I get going on my sway. I ordered this on December 18th and I still have not seen any kind of sway diet document.
