We have tested OH's pH tonight and we think it is about 9. How do we go about lowering it?

Aspartame, cranberry and/or baby aspirin.
First of all, test it a few more times just to make sure it wasn't something he just ate/drank. Semen pH can respond to foods almost right away.
He also may want to see a doctor to rule out an infection - very high semen pH can sometimes indicate an infection. (He doesn't have to mention the pH part or why you had tested him if he doesn't want to, he can just say he had some pain or something.
