I know this is not recommended for women and DH may tolerate it better. So if I'm not going to take it due to its health risks, which one would be most effective for DH to take, and when/how often?

What did I have you guys use in your plan? Do you remember?
You had him drinking soy milk and OLE the last time. No supps for him. And avoiding red meat + cardio.
Ok. Those are the things I want him to do this time as well. I never go backwards from OLE and soymilk to those other (much less effective and riskier) things.
I get wanting to switch things up, but OLE has better results than aspirin or cranberry, soy milk should sway pink biologically (aspirin and cranberry are pH-based which has been all but totally debunked and the OLE does that anyway), and the Sudafed is probably unsafe and likely does nothing anyway.
If you MUST do one of them, Sudafed with OLE and soymilk. Just have him take one, 1-2 hours before your attempt. Do NOT have him use them for days and days in advance of sway like some sites suggest.
Oh ok then in that case you have to pick only ONE of the three - it's aspirin OR cranberry OR OLE not combined. They're all blood thinners so I have you use only one.
OEL is 500-1000 mg dry leaf and then for liquid follow the guideline on the bottle. Do this daily starting right away and carrying on through your whole cycle till BFP then have him gradually wean off.
Soy milk is 12-48 oz a day and he may do better with more than one time a day if that's possible. Chocolate is getting better compliance than regular! :)
No, you can't mix and match the aspirin with OLE. It has to be one or the other and OLE is already doing the same thing the aspirin supposedly does and also has better results.
Sudafed would do the same thing that Zyrtec is supposed to do. We don't know if either one really works for DH anyway.
So for the record, you do not recommend the following for DH: licorice root, aspirin, cranberry, Sudafed or Zyrtec; and magnesium/calcium is iffy.
You do recommend soy and OLE.
For your husband, yes, that is what I recommend. Since OLE and soymilk were in the original plan that is what I chose for him based on your circumstances at that point in time and since that is practically my most conservative combination I would NEVER then go back and add any of the riskier, less effective things.
I cannot extrapolate this to anyone else. Some people might benefit from those things.
