Well rounded sway

I have 3 boys and one DD.

What is a good well rounded sway these days?

Things I was doing differently than the other times I fell pregnant when I conceived my DD were that I was breastfeeding my DS, not snacking all day and a vegetarian. My DH did cranberry for my DD way long ago.

I’m currently 90% plant based vegan with 10% cheese and milk chocolate on a rough day.
I don’t exercise minus constantly running around with 4 humans to meet their needs/schedules etc.
I’m pumping breastmilk for my littlest one. While I don’t have time to snack all day all the time I’m probably not super duper strict - I’d say I’m 80% not snacking with a good 12+ hour fast/3 meals sometimes 4 small ones and sometimes I have to eat whenever because of tight schedules and I’m hangry and/or stressed.

So, what’s a good sway these days? 12 weeks super strict LE, 6 weeks exercise 1 hour 6 days a week right? Fiber still a thing? OLE for DH? Anything new or anything to toss out?

We're getting best results with 12+ weeks on LE diet (1500-1800 cals, 40-50g protein, 30-60g fat, all foods allowed), 2-3 meals a day (up to 4 is ok if you really need to), no snacking with 12-16 hour overnight fast, 60 minutes cardio 4+ days a week, alcohol, fiber, one attempt at pos OPK, and clomid/femara if you can get them. Atomic can advise you on any supplements for DH. He can sway with you if he wants to by either cutting down on red meat or going vegetarian, jogging or biking, and smoking sways pink as well. I think what you're doing already sounds pink friendly by being vegan and eating just a few times a day. Since you're breastfeeding, you'll probably need to eat the upper limits of LE, possibly a little more than that.

What we are finding is that less is more. Focusing on the things that actually work instead of worrying about 50 other things that do nothing other than cut odds of conception.

You do not need to be super strict on diet. just stick in the limits (and since you're nursing these will be higher than the norm) 1800-2000 cals, 50-60 g protein, 50-60 g fat, and get the majority of your protein and fat from vegetable sources rather than animal ones.
