Two thumbs for Rephresh!!
Lesson learned: I had made some decisions about my sway plan before actually testing them out. From everything I had read I was convienced that replens, and acigel and possibly a lime douche would be included in my sway plan. I was going to steer away from Rephresh bc I have read that it May raise PH is some women. I didn't want to mess with that possibility. But I started to read more about it on this site and it made sense how it would work better for a cutoff bc it keeps working to maintain a 4.5 PH for 3 days. So I ordered some put it to the test and I am SOLD!!
I did a full applicator on CD 20 at 9:30pm my starting PH was 5.9 next time I tested it was 3.7 at 11pm. It has stayed anywhere from 4.1 to 5.1 since the first applicator full. The day after the applicator full PH was 4.1,4.6, and 4.8. Also DTD to test it out 5 min after BD combined was 6.7 (I think thats pretty good right?) and back down to 5.0 the next morning. Wondering if I should use the 1/2 applicator full after DTD. Is there a guideline or suggestion to use, for example, if combined PH is higher than a certain # to do the 1/2 app after?
