Is low calorie enough to sway? Two or three meals a day normal protein and under 1500 but not really watching fats or carbs? Or is the only way it counts is if its low everything?

LE diet is minimum 1500 calories. It's unusual for anyone to need to eat below that amount and I rarely see Atomic recommend to anyone eating less than that. Fat should be between 30-60g and protein 40-50g. You don't need to track carbs. We've found it's a combination of all these together that help sway pink.
We don't know. It's hard to say if that would still sway pink for you or not. This essay Atomic wrote may help: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html
I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Hopefully Atomic can chime in on this.
Low calorie definitely sways regardless but the thing is, we have the limits where they are so you guys can keep ovulating and have a healthy pregnancy. Those calorie, protein, and fat limits are for a reason and the reason is to allow you to be able to get pregnant at the end of the sway. It does no good to just cut way back on everything if you can't get and stay pregnant.
So, you do need to stay in limits on calories, protein, and fat, on a mostly daily basis. It's ok to have an occasional off day where you don't get enough (or too much, for that matter) but most days you gotta stick in the limits because otherwise your body will just "think" it's not a good time to conceive and you'll stop ovulation.
Try to stay in the limits if you can. More does sway blue potentially.
My question is, what if fat stays in limit, but you go slightly over on protein (like maybe 10g more)?
