I’m so excited! That tomorrow I’ll finally start with the Diet. This is what works best for me. I will be 12 weeks on the diet maybe 14. Starting not too strict and try to end up stricter. My new improved sway for so far:
-diet
-folic acid
-vitex 400 (pmdd reasons)
-metamucil
-Benadryl
-e4days
-balance active vaginal gel
My husband isn’t really changing his diet because his diet was always close to the LEdiet
He will try to eat licorice candy,soy milk and peppermint tea.
