Firstly, I’m sorry that I have so many questions and I really do appreciate the responses. I’m sure I’m getting to the end of all my queries!
I have a very busy working life and two little boys. Fitting in 60 mins cardio per day will be really hard for me to do. At a push I could try 60 mins on a static bicycle every night but it would be really really hard. I guess I’m asking for advice about what you’d do in this situation. I walk 30 mins to work and back every day so already do moderate exercise. Obviously not great for ttc pink. Would you leave off the exercise because it doesn’t fit in with your current lifestyle or would you try to get the 60mins in if this was you? If I’m honest, I don’t think I’ll manage 60 mins a day. If not is my option to do nothing? Any clarification so welcome thanks
