Atomic need your help please

Hi again [emoji4]
I’m only 5dpo but my cervix has dropped low and feel creamy cm and slightly open so I feel like I’m out this month [emoji22]
My cervix stayed high and wet for a few days after O so I was sure it worked but yesterday and today it’s been low and slightly open (but I’ve given birth 4 times so maybe it’s always open?)

My question is for next month if I’m not pregnant how often should we have sex?
We did pretty much E4d—-had sex on CD 8,11,13,16 and I had a positive OPK on day 14 and strong cramps late at night/early morning on the 14th so I was assuming I ovulated very early morning on the 15th.

I guess we should have done it again on the 14th :/
Next month should I go to E4d with extra Attempt at positive opk/or the day I ovulate?
Or do every other day?
Next month would be my 3rd round of clomid after miscarriage and 6th total, so I don’t know if she’d give me anymore after next month.
Should I ask her for more than 50mg of clomid? Pretty sure I am ovulating but the opks don’t seem to work well on clomid (the wondfo opks give me tons of positives and I also used another internet cheapie that gave only one day of an almost positive) any other opk you recommend on clomid?

Stay away from your cervix. There is no reason to check your cervix right now and 9 million reasons not to check your cervix. If you are pregnant the last thing you want to be doing is poking around in there.

You don't know that you would have gotten pregnant with BD on teh 14th though. Some months just aren't "THE" month and nothing you do any different could have made it happen.

When are you starting to test with your OPK??

I want you to continue BD after the 16th. YOu may have delayed ovulation (even if you didn't this month, you can next month) and everyone doing e4d needs to continue with e4d well past when they think they Oed to prottect against that.

I do want you in with another attempt at positive OPK. We need to get to the bottom of why you had so many positives - when were you testing???

Oh no, I’ve been checking my cervix so much [emoji30] can I get an infection or something? Now I’m freaking out that I could have hurt baby if I’m pregnant.

I started CD10 testing
Sorry, I didn’t mean tons of “true” positive....I got almost positives (lines looked the same color) many times with the wondfo....but only on day 14 was the other line a tad darker than the control line. On cd 14 I also got the only positive on another test too so I’m pretty sure it was pos cd 14.

Yes, you can get an infection and you can just cause general irritation by doing that. Please don't do it any more.

So just to confirm for next cycle....do E4d and extra attempt at +opk? Do I continue with the E4d after extra attempt at +opk or start over with the attempt at +opk being day 1 of 4? Does that make sense? Or what if my E4d ends up being the attempt on +OPk...do I then add an extra attempt the day after +opk or just leave it at E4d?

This month was E4d and 2 days before +opk and 1 day after (cont e4d) and I’m pretty sure I’m not pregnant. I guess I could be but I’m thinking I’m not :/

Yes, do e4d plus one. You don't reset the e4d from the pos OPK attempt, just keep going with the e4d both before and after and then let the pos OPK attempt fall wherever it falls. If your pos OPK falls on the e4d attempt have another attempt anyway, that night if your husband is able to or the next day.

Just picked up my 3rd cycle of clomid so hoping 3rd times a charm!

Yes, or the next day if hubby can't manage. Either way is fine.

FXFXFX that this is it, Jenn! Be sure to take a pregnancy test before starting it though, even if you have what seems like AF do take a test anyway.

We don't really know for sure. It's said to, and there is a small trend that the boy parents are more sexual than the girl parents are, but we've done lots of polls and surveys and found lots of women that conceived girls with having the Big O and plenty of women who got boys without them.
