I have no idea how to test my ph or what it should be. It seems to be pretty important so thought that maybe I should. Especially if there’s a relationship between ph and blood sugar. Should I buy normal ph urine sticks? And what kind of number ph-wise am I looking for CM to be? Tia
We've found the pH theory doesn't hold much water so I wouldn't worry about it. It just creates too much frustration. Atomic has an essay about it here.
It doesn't work. Not only is it biologically impossible http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ph-pickle.html I have seen so many pH opposites going every direction - boy to girl, girl to boy, success that should have been opposites, and opposites that should have been successes - it is impossible for me to believe that even if there were something to pH, that testing it is in any way helpful since testing pH seems to tell us no relevant info.
I got a boy with pH of 4.5-5 testing 2-3 times a day and then gave it up to get my girl. Did not test pH one time with her! I really think the obsessivenss of pH testing undermines pink sways severely.
You do not test your urine for swaying. You test EWCM and I have directions here if you must test, but I really don't think it has helped anyone's sway to do it and our results have only gone up since we stopped recommending it. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...-ph-dh-dw.html

I totally agree! Don’t test. I started testing the first few moths of swaying and it was driving me crazy and too stressed. Then I read from atomic that being ocd about your sway actually seats blue. So I shot out all my PH strips and stopped stressing about the little things.
