I have never had this reported to me before and I'm not sure it's related to the LE Diet. I have had times in my life where I exercised a lot and ate way less than LE Diet and I didn't experience any unusual levels of muscle soreness (other than normal after working out.)
I would have it checked out by a doctor just to be sure everything is ok. The reason I say this is because I started having really severe, long lasting muscle aches after working out (like you say, unusual for me) and I chalked it up to getting older, but then it turned out I had an autoimmune disease and I now get them even after doing fairly mild things like walking or grocery shopping. I just want to be sure there's nothing deeper going on here because this is not a problem that others have had.

that was my first thought, I'm just concerned since this is not something I have heard from many other people.
I hope it's better soon! It is not much fun to live with. :/
