Hi, I'm new to this site and love how supportive everyone is! I'm breastfeeding and have just had my period return and am not sure what diet or exercise to do. Is it ok to take supplements like Cranberry, magnesium or calcium (if they even help?) while breastfeeding? Do I need to cut out breakfast as this will affect my breastfeeding?
