You can eat meat on either LE or PCOS diet, it's just most ladies go veggie for the LE version because it's easier to stay in protein limits. On PCOS diet, you have a little more wiggle room for protein. Low carb veggies are free so eat however much you want but fruit and high carb veggies you'd count calories, but not fat or protein. On this diet, you'd have one serving of full fat dairy a day (cheese, milk, yogurt, etc). Skip the skim dairy.
