Hello, I gave birth to DS2 (girl swayed) 3 weeks ago but doing research in advance to what is best or most effective in girl away other than clomid? I won't be able to obtain clomid from a dr as I have no fertility issues of anything I'm super fertile but I would love to know what supplements are the 2nd most effective in concievibg pink and if I'm allowed to take them whilst BF. I've heard of vitex, saw pal, soy ins but what has seen best results ?

Exercise is second to Clomid.
Do not bother with vitex, saw palmetto, peppermint, or soy iso as none of them have worked (bad results! way worse than the overall success rates of the site) and they all caused lots of trouble by messing up cycles and making it take way longer to get pregnant.

Thanks very much, I just remember seeing in the stats sheet that vitex had a 60 percent or above success rate? And interns of excersice what is the specifics? Is it things to make heart race and for how long, realistically I can't do 60 mins a day due to time but would 30 mins still be beneficial or actually no excercise at all better?
Yes peppermint dries up breastmilk and Saw palmetto is not safe when nursing.Quote:
