Weight loss and herbal question

we started trying for girl again.

I have lost about 4-5 kg since december, my BMI is 19,2 right now. I have 53,5 kg. Three month of trying with one attempt did not work - I know three month is nothing........ I had every day one cup of coffee because I had none with my boys, try to avoid meat as much as I can and I am a couch potatoe because I really do not know where to take the time for cardio 4 to 5 days a week (full time job, kids, dh is self employed and works 6 days a week for 12 hours). Not much time left - happy when I meet the couch in the evening.... Additionally I take alchemilla tincture because that helped my to stretch my 2. half of the cycle (usually had 10/11 days, first month taking 12, second 12, this time 16!!! days) - and with my last three pregnancies I always had to take progesterone because of bleedings. Except of that I do only take folic and nothing else. No tea, not j&d, really just diet, and the alchemilla.

Now my question is how to go on because I am afraid of loosing more weight and maybe stop ovulating or something. I am eating three meals, not fasting, just the meals and no snacking....Oh and I can not eat eggs! Allergic against it...

I would like to continue the alchemilla for this month, have you heard of it and what do you think about it?

Is it better to do the e4d + one at pos. opk?

Eat more. Just increase calories until the weight stops coming off. Whatever it takes to keep the weight on. It doesn't need to be eggs.

I don't recommend any herbs for extending LP. I can't tell you how any of them sway or if they are safe. 10-11 day LP is perfectly fine and long enough to conceive with. You don't need to fix that. It is unlikely your LP was really 16 days, I think it's more likely your ovulation was delayed from the weight loss.

I want you to try e4d at least 2 months before going to e4d plus one. e4d plus one is more blue friendly than e4d.

yes CD 16 makes more sense to me.
