Hi! I am so overwhelmed by all the wonderful info here lol. My husband has 3 daughters and desperately would like a boy. But I have PCOS and am not sure what sways are best for that, or if PCOS affects it at all? I know I have crazy high testosterone if that matters. It doesn't seem to prevent me from getting pregnant, as 2 of his girls are mine.
Hi and welcome! PCOS actually seems to sway blue we've found. There's an essay on swaying with PCOS HEREl and there's advice for blue swayers sprinkled throughout. HE diet plus supplements, exercise, and cutting out refined carbs/sugar will help too. Atomic will be able to help you a lot more than I can but those are the basics!

We would have you focus on lean protein, fruits and veg, full fat dairy, eggs, nuts, and healthy sources of fat (like avocado). We would NOT do bananas, lots of potatoes (now and then it's ok), ramen noodles, rice milk or ANY milk replacers, fruit juice - anything that is super carby,even if it has some mystical reputation for a blue sway. We would also have you exercise since that is the best thing for controlling blood sugar! And while many people do gain weight for blue, we would have you try to hold steady where you are at and not gain weight.
