Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I started by cutting out snacking and ate 3 meals a day 9 months before conception. I also started drinking one glass of wine once a day and 4/5 cups of black coffee a day. 5 months before conception, I started the LE diet and became strictly vegetarian. I didn't eat any meat, fish, eggs, diary, etc. I ate around 1900 - 2200 calories daily. I had a long overnight fast of 15/16 hours before eating. I had almost no cheats during my time on the diet. I ate a lot of pasta, wraps, rice milk pancakes and vegetables. With every meal, I had some sweets.
