Clarification on some things please
I have never been a coffee drinker as hot coffee has always made me feel sick, so if I was to start having 1 iced coffee a day, would this help or potentially hinder my sway? I only put in 1 tspn of instant coffee and I can use a tspn of artificial sweetener and then mostly milk with a bit of ice in it. Just not sure whether its worth it seeing as I would be having a full cup of milk to get the coffee, perhaps I could use the smallest amount of milk possible to make it palatable and then just down a small concentrated amount, like half a cup? lol any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Also, I am a big fan of juice, and drink 1-2 glasses a day with meals (grape juice, mango and passionfruit, apple etc). Also, have a weird craving to have a few sips first thing in the morning when I get up (around 8am). Can anyone suggest a good alternative (maybe cordial etc?) that I could drink instead of it that will be girl friendly for my sway? and will having a few sips of juice at 8am going to stuff up my low blood sugar fasting in the mornings?
Also, my husband has been on some sort of weight loss protein shred thingo for the last couple of months (pic of products that he's taking) could this affect anything in my sway negatively? would it be best if he stopped while I was in the 12 week diet stage? I will also be having him take OLE during the 12 weeks.
