Sorry this is gross. I’m gojng to do this and have read the article on it but am unsure whether to just wipe up after ten minutes or try to have a wee after ten minutes. The last option sounds more harsh in terms of evacuating. I’m just not sure what the pros and cons of these different types of j&d are

I got up to use the toilet within 5 mins and sorry for the tmi but I got rid of as much as I could and I still got pregnant. I suppose you have got to do what you feel most comfortable with. Are you in a rush to get pregnant?
It’s impossible to talk about it without giving tmi :happy: Not in a big rush but sooner rather than later is the goal.
Ha ha yes it is isn't it lol. Maybe try it first month, go to the toilet after 5 mins then if you don't get pregnant either just wipe up or extend the time. I'm sure atomic will advise you better than I can. Do you get pregnant quite easily normally?
I was meant to j&d but when the time came was so scared id flush everything that ended up layin for 20+ Min 😬

Both times it’s happened pretty quickly but I’m always surprised as I have really irregular and long cycles. I think when it has happened it’s because I’m tracking like mad. Normally we don’t use anything and I’ve never conceived that way, never even worried about it
