need input for my sway! atomic?
My 5 sway factors:
1. Diet
Starting 8 weeks before attempt
Vegetarian, NO meat!
Low everything (1500 calories, 35 g fat, 40 g protein, 700-1000 mg sodium)
Some non-fat dairy, aspartame if I can stand it (headaches), peppermint tea
Skip breakfast, 2 meals, no snacking to keep blood sugar low
Goal is to lose 7-10 pounds (I'm 5'4 and 120 so any more than 10 lbs puts me in an unhealthy BMI)
2. Exercise:
No exercise at all OR 6-7 days a week 60 mins or more. I am thinking of exercising as I have been on the diet now 10 days and I actually gained a pound....
3. Supplements:
Baby aspirin daily
Folic Acid daily
Vitex AF-O
Saw Palmetto AF-O
Zyrtec daily
B6 25 mg daily to lengthen LP and raise testosterone
Licorice Root for DH AF-O
4. Timing:
Either an O+12 or one attempt after a +OPK
Since DH is not very cooperative with swaying, going to do a compressed FR
5. Douches/Lubes:
RepHresh every 3 days after AF ends
Replens if I do an O+12 (or if I could ever find acijel!)
Little Sylk for BDing.
Questions:
I know losing weight is supposed to sway pink, but when exactly do you up your chances? As you're losing weight? After you've already lost a few pounds? A month after you stopped losing weight are you still in girl territory?
How much folic acid and SP?
Where can I get acijel?
Exercise: can I walk briskly for an hour every day or is that not rigorous enough?
