Hi, I was wondering how much acijel people were using and how they were using it for girl sway!

I recommend a small amount like the size of a dime or quarter about 1-2 hours before intercourse OR a small amount as a lube (just however much you normally use for a lube). The whole applicator is really too much and makes a huge mess and cuts odds of conception by too much.
