Daily release is fine. 7-10 days before your planned attempt. A FEW guys, who alredy released daily, went to 2x a day release but I don't think that's necessary.

It doesn't seem to, getting more than 10% lower results than the overall stats of the site. Plus, it's very stressful and cuts odds of conception by a lot. Most people do still want to start off using it, and that is fine, but be sure you drop it before adding attempts.
