Why is full fat recommended for people with insulin resistance?
I have been having insulin resistance since few years now and mostly I’ve been able to control it through diet and exercise. I have seen recommendations here that we need to take full fat foods not skim if PCOS or insult resistance. I wanted to know how it helps since I’m afraid if I start taking full fat milk etc I might start putting more weight. Can anybody explain this to me please? Currently I take light milk and no fat yogurt and weight loss has been great so far . TIA
