Hi Atomic,
Sorry if this is already addresses in the index. I couldn't find it there.
Can you tell me if there are any do's and don'ts in the 2WW?

I read somewhere that its good to continue on LE and skip Breakfast during this period.

Always continue your sway diet. We have very clear results that show 12 weeks + is best on diet and thus it makes no sense to go off and on diet. But it is ok to have a planned cheat during this time. continue exercise.

did you have a specific question/issue you were wondering about? I'm happy to help but this is a bit vague and I don't want to go over things you aren't interested in.

Yes, it's ok to have some cheats during that time. But you may be surprised how easy it is to still keep to much of the diet while on vacation. In the "guide to cheating" I linked above, I have a full explanation of cheating on holiday and vacation that will likely answer all your questions!
