Hi ladies,
Last month was our first month trying. I am not pregnant and I still don't have my period. I am cd 31 now. I have NEVER gone past cd 30 in terms of AF showing up so I am pretty sad and worried I have now lost ovulation. I know AS, you mentioned it is not that common to have an anovulatory cycle, but I just feel something is not right. I am sometimes a couple days early but to go past day 30 - this only happened to me the second period after my period came back after breastfeeding and even then it was normal timing from the third period onward.
Last month, I was feeling miserable and weak on the diet/exercise and I cut out fiber supplements about 3 weeks ago and reduced exercise to 4 times a week from 6 times a week. I feel much more "normal" now but I am pretty devastated that AF is nowhere in sight.
I do have this weird crampy sensation that feels like pressure you get when your period is about to start. But I have no blood at all, not even spotting.
So my question is, for anyone who *may* have inadvertently lost ovulation, how long does it take to come back? I don't know how much I weigh because I only have a scale at my gym but I will get one this weekend to make sure I am putting on a couple of pounds. I do feel like I look less thin, my mid section looks a little more chunky, and I definitely feel like I have more energy, so I am assuming I am better nourished. At this point, I just want my period back cause we do really want another baby and I am not young. Ideally, I would like to conceive by November at the latest.
I feel like I totally messed up and DH was so excited that I might be pregnant and now I do not even HAVE a period to get pregnant :'(
