Every 4 days or positive opks or monitor

Swaying pink. Is the chance of conception better with every 4 days attempt or one attempt on positive opk?

First cycle ttc pink last month and just got my period and trying to plan for next cycle. We did every four days (Monday Friday pattern) last month. I've never used opks but could try. I don't want to get too control freak about it.

When ttc my oldest in 2014 my friend gave me the clear blue fertility monitor that I still have (she does ivf). Could I use that? Although pretty sure those sticks are expired by now. Thanks for any response!

Chance of conception will be higher with e4d for most people in most months because the e4d guards against early or late ovulation.

If you're doing e4d you don't need to do OPK and I think it will only stress you out. you can use the clearblue if you want but I wouldn't bother when doing e4d. At some point you'll want to go to Mon/Thurs.
