Ovulation and pink sway

Hi atomic
I usually ovulate spot on, on CD 20. This month, I ovulated on CD 18. I have a 33 day cycle. I understand that ovulation can change normally for everyone, every cycle. But I've always had it the same day. So wondering if the pink sway can cause this? I'm doing LE and exercising more than usual. Thanks

It is very normal to see changes in your cycle on LE Diet. longer or shorter cycles are extremely common.
