At 16 weeks we were told boy. Now at 18+4 we have been told possible swollen girl?? Is anyone able to shed any light? Looks like a boy to me.
My boy looked different - and I know that the girl parts indeed can be swollen...but I would definitely wait for the next scan, with my 1st boy I was told GIRL at the 16 week AND the 20 week scan!! Although his penis is normally shaped :D :D
At the 20 week scan the tech asked if I knew the gender already, and I said yes, girl. She agreed at first, but then, after 15min or so, the baby moved and she suddenly said „Wait, now I think, I‘ve seen a penis! Not sure though, could be the cord too...“ and from that time on he never showed the private parts again...but was confirmed boy birth :))
