Atomic...need your help lowering testosterone!

Atomic, hopefully you read this because I have been reading your posts and forums and you know so much!
I have been on IG a lot before this and found a lot of info on o plus 12 but never felt comfortable waiting until after the egg had dropped and all the lime juice etc!
I was eating greek yogourt, cukes in vinegar, rice, chicken, pasta, parm cheese etc. And today I had a revelation with your information.......I had PCOS and had to take clomid with my first son to ovulate. I had an oops with DS 2 and actually felt ovulation 1.5 days after o....it felt weird bc it was my first time ovulating on my own. So, I am fairly regular but I am completely sure I have high testosterone levels. In fact, I was just telling DH yesterday how irritiable I was and how I cannot calm down. I have the acne along the jaw line which is evidence of PCOS symptoms. I feel like all my swaying pink is actually swaying blue.

So, with ovulation due in less than 2 weeks, in a girl moon phase and jonas phase (whatever but it is something), and eating all this calcium and taking supplements....and being 37 almost 38 time is ticking!
I cannot wait anymore...I want a baby and I want to sway pink as much as possible.
My question is can I take saw palmetto now...or is it too late?
Will it screw up my ovulation pattern?
Also, should I take vitex?
One or the other? I heard good things about vitex but it does change your cycle I think....
Or, I can ask my doctor for metformin to change my insulin but it might not do anything as my appointment is the 18th and I ovulate the 24th...supposedly.
I am desperate, upset, and IRRITABLE!

Please, can someone direct me how to lower testosterone?
And help me sway pink! This is my last chance and there are so many reasons why I want to sway pink....so many!

I am so sorry I only just now saw this. Never hesitate to PM me with a link to a thread if you need an immediate response (hoping no one abuses this priviledge haha) We are getting SO MANY questions all of a sudden and I'm doing my best to answer them, but going in order so I need to know about any emergencies and I hope eveyrone else can be patient with me!

1)Metformin is always best if you can get it. Metformin sways pink so if you can get it, I would try.

2) Not sure what you mean when you say you felt ovulation after O?? Do you think you released two eggs?

3)I am SO not a fan of 0+12 and if you are almost 38, I think 0+12 is NOT right for you at all. I would not waste another month TTC trying to hit 0+12 because it is very difficult even for young women to get pg that way and for those of us who are "wiser" LOL it's next to impossible because our eggs don't even LIVE 12 hours past O.. I was with a lot of older women in the Mature Mamas on IG and NONE of them ever got pg with O+12.

4)I totally agree that swaying pink is like throwing gas on a fire for those of us with higher T. Good for you realizing it and taking a step back. Don't panic tho, I believe 100% that every one of us can conceive babies of either gender.

5)you can start SP now, it may not be as effective as if you'd been taking it all along of course. Same with vitex. Both may screw up your cycle and if you're going to TTC with Clomid again, you can't take them with Clomid (you can take them in advance and then stop them and start Clomid the next month, tho)
