Please give me more specific info about what you're struggling with. Why do you feel every day is a cheat day? Many times when people think they "suck" at the diet it turns out they just have some misconceptions and are actually doing perfect.
It is meant to be an easy to stick to diet so if you're struggling I can often give you some tips to make it easier.
Above all else the most important thing is simply to eat a bit less than you were right before TTC and to a lesser extent, when you got your boy(s). That is most important, the limits are because people needed something concrete but it's ok not to stick in the limits (DO stick with the minimums, don't eat less than that, but it's ok if you go over) as long as you're eating less than you were.
