How long without food?

I know we are suppose to skip breakfast while ttc a girl, I just wondered how long you guys go between having dinner and then breakfast the next day? How long is long enough?

I went from around 8pm in the evening until 11-12am the next day. But really just do as long as you feel able without making yourself ill

as long as you can go, is long enough! It's not meant to be torture, just one way to extend the amount of time your blood sugar is on the low side.
