I don't want you eating cornflakes or rice krispies anyway (or Special K, I hate special K!!) as they are indeed nothing more than pure sugar (they are sooo highly refined that they basically react like sugar in your blood******)
What I ate when I got my 3rd boy was Wheaties, granola (I LOVE granola) and this stuff:
https://thrivemarket.com/p/natures-p...paign=shopping (which be aware, it does have flax in it, which I prefer you guys keep to 2-3 times per week) I often mixed my granola with yogurt instead of milk, which if you don't like oats, may taste different enough to keep it palatable to you.
With my 1st boy I was eating this stuff called "Basic 4" which I think you can still get. I also liked these things called Quaker Oat Squares which I'm not sure if they're still available.
With my 2nd boy I ate tons of buttered toast with huge glasses of milk instead of cereal!
