Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I went vegetarian and followed an LE diet but wasn’t strict with it ie didn’t count just tried to follow it loosely

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

10 weeks but more strict the last six weeks

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Yes

Did DH change his diet with you?

No

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He eats lots of protein, red meat etc. I tried but couldn’t get him to change in the end

DId you consume alcohol?

• Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Always skipped breakfast (generally had about a 13-14 hour fast). Increased daily amount of caffeine and alcohol

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I lost about 2-3kg since going on the Le diet and becoming vegetarian so was the lowest weight I had been since before having my kids. BMI dropped to around 19

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I did not exercise at all but I’m on my feet at work
