Cheat days once a week. Is that OK?

Hi Atomic,

Due to low weight and suspected IR tendencies, I am following more of an LE diet but with full fat dairy and 60% fat and 60% protein. The last three weeks I have cheated once a week and allowed myself to eat as I pleased for dinner and I have indulged so I was not really swaying on those days. Is that still OK from a pink sway perspective? Or am I affecting my pink dust and I should avoid any cheat toys?

Cheating while swaying is not only allowed but encouraged. The only concern I would have is that with IR tendencies, too much sugar/carbs can mess with your hormone levels but as long as you aren't going overboard I think it's fine.
