So I usually have a 15+ hour fast between dinner and first meal of the day. But I've been seeing alot of people say it's more important to wait 4 hours after you wake up! It's summer break so we are sleeping in till 8 but I usually have first meal around 11 to 12 after l do my cardio so am I eating too soon?
