We can't compare one attempt to e4d like that. Two different groups of people generally do them and we have not (and cannot in this forum) do a side by side study that compares them the way you're thinking of it. Since people switch from one attempt to e4d, the people doing e4d have typically been on diet longer and are possibly lower in fertility and this may skew the results vs. one attempt people who are often just starting off with swaying and may be more fertile.
e4d is less stressful and better chances of conception. May be slightly lower odds of pink. One attempt may be better odds of pink but is stressful and lowers chances of concieving.
