Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Did a modified/casual version of LE. basically, went more vegetarian and reduced the number of snacks I had (I used to snack ALL. DAY.)
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? only about 4 weeks...this pregnancy was a surprise!

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? BMI: 19.2 (5'11 and 138 lbs)
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I started training for a half marathon (so running 3 days a week for at least 45 minutes each) about 5-6 weeks before my BFP. This was an increase from hardly any exercise.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: -
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I was planning on swaying for 1-2 more months before "officially" trying...but this was an oopsie! So I could have been on the diet longer/increased my exercise to at least 4 days a week.
Things worth mentioning: I was sick with a nasty cold for about 2 solid weeks before I likely conceived. Also had been sleeping poorly due to having a toddler!
