Magnesium supplement?
I am swaying blue and will start actively ttc in the next month or two. I started taking this supplement a couple months ago and it has improved my anxiety quite a bit which was becoming an issue in my every day life. Is it ok to continue this product?? I take between 1-2 teaspoons a day, should I decrease that amount?

No, it's fine to continue with that, I'd stick to no more than 250 mg max though (so I'd do only the 1 t and not 2)
