In the interest of hopefully getting your plan to you right away, I just did your plan based on what I had read in your threads and then the second questionnaire (it was the first one that I was missing). I feel pretty good about it, just have a read when you get it and then if there's anything I really wiffed it on I'll edit and we can repost a new and improved version.
Sorry I should have contacted you right away, but 99 times out of 100 when I only get one questionnarie it's because the client had not had a chance to fill it out and I hate being a Naggy Nelly about it LOL. :)
Sounds good. Is there a place I should be looking for it? There was a bit of overlap so that should probably work.

ok I just sent it and deleted your email from this post since it's public. LMK if you don't get it right away because sometimes my messages will go into spam filters (not the folder but the filter) and I have to resend from another account
I also sent you a non-customized, ready made plan that I have for people who are swaying at the last possible second LOL - I don't know if it will help or add confusion. The one titled HG mama is the custom plan, the other is NOT customized at all and is just general info for last minute conceptions.
