New Plan.... Is this ok?

A year of ttc and nothing to show so im fixing a few things I want some feedback. So tell me what you think and if you would change anything. Thanks so much!

Im taking-

Calcium 750 mg
Magnesium 400 mg
Vitex 1,000 mg
Cranberry 1,600 mg
An allergy pill af-o
Folic Acid


Im going to be back on Clomid (100 mg) for 2 cycles in Jan and stopping vitex. Then Soy again if the Clomid is a no go.

Breakfast every day peppermint tea with equal

Eating only cucumbers, berries, white rice, peeled apples, peeled pears, small amount of pasta, toast with jelly, yogurt, salt free crackers, salt free pretzels, rice cakes, salt free low fat popcorn, or cookies for lunch.

Peppermint tea and cranberry juice before dinner

Dinner doing whatever but trying to aim for low fat and low salt. I don't eat any meat anyway. Bottled Dasani or Aquafina water.

No meals or snacks after dinner. Maybe more cranberry juice, crystal light, or peppermint tea to get me though to the morning?

Trying for a 1 day cut off (stopping bd at + opk)

Breast feeding for now but might stop soon.

I might be using some rephresh, aci-jel, or sylk still but im not sure since I haven't gotten pregnant yet using it?

Tell me if there's anything you think I should add or take away. Im not sure what to do in place of the dairy for calcium since I wont be eating or drinking it???

I'd take slightly less magnesium, but other than that I think that looks very good. You're going to be so hungry!

My :twocents:...Everything looks good on your diet. :agree: I wouldn't worry too much about the calcium (if you're doing the LE diet). As far as getting preg faster, I say drop the allergy pill and see if that does the trick...It may be that you're just too dry. If that doesnt' work, cut back on the lubes (if you're already using them). If you're not using them, maybe just use a bit of Sylk for lube if you're too dry while DTD. Hope this makes sense.

The mag that I have is 400 mg once it's gone I will go lower.

How low fat are you doing?? You need SOME fat. If you don't want to eat it, you might add in a DHA supp. Yes, they sway blue a bit but if you can't get pg, you can't get your DG.

I would stop the allergy medicine and not use RepHresh, etc. while you're on Clomid, anyway. I think the Clomid will help you get pg but the allergy medicine doesn't help that.

Do you find your CM gets really bad when on Clomid? You might even want to do the Robi/Muci while on Clomid if you really have NO CM.
