Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I started having breakfast and a late night snack(full cream milk & weetabix), I tried to eat as often as I could tolerate. I had red meat at least 5times/week, tapioca, full cream milk and coconut milk was usually 5times/week
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 6weeks but I slipped off a few times however, I never missed breakfast.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He stopped smoking/drinking about a year before we started trying, he increased red meat, banana and milk intake.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? About 210, I added about 10lbs by BFP
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Well I guess running after my 2 toddlers can count for some exercise.

Any additional comments? I propped my hip each time for about an hour, DH had Red Bull or coffee before each attempt
Any relevant attempt details? I tried to aim for a day before O, and 2 attempts on O day, however I had 2 days of the LH surge so I think it messed up my plan. This was very confusing for me.
